Breakfast Buffets
All breakfast buffets include ice water, juice, coffee, and tea. Prices per person, minimum of 30 guests.

Cougar Continental | $18
The Classic Continental plus your choice between blueberry oatmeal bake, honey-apple bread pudding, or yogurt bar with assorted toppings.
Country-Style Breakfast | $19
Fresh fruit salad, scrambled eggs folded with cheese and green onions, and home-style potatoes plus your choice of:
- Pork sausage links, country ham, or crispy bacon
- Buttermilk pancakes, French toast, or biscuits with homemade country gravy.
Palouse Harvest Breakfast | $21
Palouse brand wheat berry breakfast salad, scrambled eggs folded with Cougar Gold and caramelized Walla Walla sweet onions, and maple roasted sweet potato, plus your choice of:
- Chicken sausage link, lentil patty, or crispy bacon
- Blueberry oat-bake or honey-apple bread pudding
